General terms and conditions

Dear client

It is very important to me to make our cooperation as pleasant as possible. This includes, among other things, the greatest possible transparency with regard to the service relationship entered into, which comes about when I place the order. Therefore, please note the following general terms and conditions, which regulate the contractual relationship between you and me and which you acknowledge with your appointment reservation.

DISCLAIMER / YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A CLIENT

It is my concern to fulfill the mandate given to me by using my specialist knowledge, my experience and the best of intentions according to the needs of the client.

Attending therapy with me does not replace a visit to the doctor.


I affirm my best intention and an expert approach in relation to the order fulfillment. Liability on my part for the success of the therapy or for negative subsequent events remains excluded at all times. I ask you to note that I do not issue a diagnosis and cannot / may not give any guarantee for healing promises and that I am not responsible for any information or advice. Each participant is responsible for his / her own statements, actions and decisions; as well as how he deals with his experiences, newly gained information and insights.


If you are already in therapy elsewhere and / or take medication regularly, do not interrupt this under any circumstances without consulting your doctor. My main areas of activity are health maintenance and prevention. I am happy to do my best to make you feel comfortable. However, the healing process is in your own hands.

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY
The customer brings personal responsibility and the willingness for a personal growth process in the process work and, if necessary, in individual therapy sessions.

APPOINTMENTS
Appointments can be made by email, SMS, telephone or in person and usually last 60 - 90 minutes. By making an appointment, a service relationship is established that is valid for both parties and the terms and conditions come into force. Agreed dates are binding.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Agreed appointments are binding, so I ask you to cancel / postpone appointments at least 24 hours in advance, by phone, WhatsApp or email. If the cancellation rule is not adhered to, the normal hourly rate will be charged.

Cancellation up to 72 hours before the appointment - free of charge
Cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment - 50% of the treatment costs
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment - 100% of the treatment costs This rule applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

The following cancellation rule applies to process work and workshops / seminars: I understand very well that there are situations in which a man / woman has to cancel or cancel a binding event. Nevertheless, I reserve the right to decide on the due date of a cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.

In any case, it is always possible, on your own responsibility, to provide a replacement participant who will take part in the event.

Cancellation up to 30 calendar days before the start of the event - no cancellation fees
Cancellation 29 to 15 calendar days before the start of the event - 40% Cancellation 14 to 4 calendar days before the start of the event - 80% Cancellation less than 3 calendar days before the start of the event - 100%

OBLIGATION TO CHARGE THE INITIAL TALK
If there is no therapeutic assignment in the course of the initial consultation - this is because either the client chooses not to give it, or because I do not accept it, this will be the time that has been expended up to this point in time , charged according to the valid hourly rate.

 

LATE ARRIVAL
If the client arrives late for an appointment, the originally agreed time applies to the calculation of the tariff. Clients are asked to be punctual in their own interest.

 

HEALTH INSURANCE
My offer is aimed at self-payers and is not recognized by the health insurance. If you have taken out additional insurance - it is worth asking your health insurance provider. The client is responsible for clarifying any reimbursement by the health insurance company.

PRICES / PAYMENT
All prices are binding and given in Swiss Francs. A single session usually lasts 60-90 minutes and costs CHF 170.00 per hour (as of August 2019). The costs for a treatment session are to be paid immediately after the session. The client receives a receipt.
The following payment options are available: cash, EC, Maestro, MasterCard, V-Pay, American Express and TWINT. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay with the Postcard.

LIABILITY
For all seminars / workshops organized by SOULMARINA by Randa M. Augustin, any liability for damage of any kind is excluded. Participants are responsible for adequate insurance coverage.
SOULMARINA by Randa M. Augustin cannot be held liable for theft or damage to objects belonging to participants.

PERSONALITY PROTECTION

As a therapist, I am subject to professional confidentiality. The recorded data will be treated with strict confidentiality. The data will never be passed on to third parties without the express request, order and consent of the client concerned.

FINAL PROVISIONS
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
